The Stop the Bleed Coalition Essentials of STOP THE BLEED® Course combines clinical training with practical information and access to additional STOP THE BLEED® resources.
The course was developed based upon a holistic approach encompassing clinical hands-on training and U.S. Department of Defense licensed STOP THE BLEED® Kits – what they are and where they may be found in public spaces – as well as information about the STOP THE BLEED® campaign itself – its history and what people and organizations can do to engage their communities.

How Time Will Be Spent
2.0 hours total time
A blend of class and practical application.
What to Bring to Class
- Open mind with a willingness to learn.
- Notepad and pen or pencil.
What Will Be Provided
Some basic first-aid supplies for the practical application portion.
Class Policies
- No photos or videos of any portion of class.
- Be on-time to class so as not to interrupt other students.
- No children allowed in class.
- Students must successfully complete both the class and practical application portions in order to receive a certificate of completion for the course.
- No food or beverage as the shop has plenty.
- If you are sick or think you are getting sick, stay home. We are happy to get you re-scheduled. If you come to class sick, you will be asked to leave without any refund.

Cancellation Policy
When this course is FREE, notification that you cannot make the course 48 hours ahead of class time is greatly appreciated. When this course is FREE, there are no refunds provided.
When a fee* is involved, cancellation 48 hours or more ahead of class time will result in a one-time re-schedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours of class time will forfeit any fees paid, i.e. no refund.
